The technology behind it
CNH cabs, upgraded to the best possible technical solution
The key is a substantially improved linkage: optimised kinematics combined with precisely matched air-pressure dampers.
Master/slave dampers
Specially tuned heavy-duty air-pressure dampers: the master passes the required air pressure on to the identical slave – for tension-free cab damping.
Automatic level control
The height control continuously and automatically adapts to the weight of the cab – including the driver and any passenger.
Original CNH overflow valve
The required air pressure is safely tapped via an original CNH overflow valve – without blocking or affecting any connections, control units or the rear linkage.
Optimised kinematics
The cab’s centre suspension points were moved as far back as possible from their (overly) central factory position – for better, controlled force absorption instead of uncontrolled wobbling.
Without any compromises: the chain attachment points of any automatic lower-link stabilisers find their place again on our optimised suspension bracket. The kit includes mounting hardware, a pneumatic safety/overflow valve and all hose components.
